Books:
The Cinder Path [PDF]
I began writing The Cinder Path during The Art and Craft of Writing a Nonfiction Book – a class taught by Professor David Standish at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. The Cinder Path is a family history, focusing on the life of my grandmother, beginning with her abusive childhood, and following her from the suicide of her husband to her death from cancer in 2006. I have a completed 70-page book proposal, including an overview, market analysis, detailed chapter outline, and two sample chapters. My book proposal is available upon request to literary agents and/or book publishers; I am actively seeking representation for this project.
